It is the purpose of St. Francis of Assisi’s Music Ministry to facilitate liturgy with active music participation. We seek to enliven and enrich all who seek to worship at St. Francis of Assisi through music. Music opportunities offered at St. Francis include: Adult nonsinger class; Strings Ensemble; Adult Handhell Choir; Adult, Youth and Children choirs.

Music and the arts are central to the expression of faith, prayer, praise, and devotion, and are essential vehicles of evangelism and outreach into the community. Music and the arts have been, since the beginning of human history, a God given gift. Music and the arts have been used by God as a medium in which the God/human, human/God relationship is expressed. At St. Francis we encourage you to receive blessings by developing and sharing your musical gifts. We encourage you to join in singing whether it be from the assembly or as a member of one of our choirs. We offer a varied music program at St. Francis that strives to connect people to God through the church, and the church to the community.

Remember, Catholics Can Sing!
